Overview
The User Directory feature lets your site members browse and connect with other users who have access to the same products or memberships. It’s designed to foster collaboration, networking, and community-building within your CustomerHub site.
Users can view profiles, see shared interests or access levels, and reach out to others who are on similar learning paths or using the same services. Whether you're building a learning community, a member network, or a peer support space, the User Directory helps create meaningful connections among your users.
Add the User Directory to your site
Follow these instructions to add the User Directory to your site.
Once the User Directory has been added, a new navigation option 'Directory' will appear in the user site:
This will enable end Users to browse other User profiles who share access to the same products.
Example: If the user Landon Skyles has access to Surfing 101, Surfing 201, and Surfing 301 then he will automatically see any other users in the Directory who have access to any of those products.
Updating user profiles
Both Admins and End Users have the ability to update user profile information.

Log in to the user site
Click Profile option from the user dropdown
Update any of the following fields:

From the Admin Console, navigate to Users
Navigate to desired user profile
Update any fields on the General or About tab
Please note
Avatar URL is limited to image URLs for now
The user bio field is limited to a 500 characters max
Interacting with the User Directory
To navigate to the User Directory as a user, simply click Directory from the main site navigation.
The following functions are available in the Directory:
Filter by product
Search by name or description
FAQs
Can I upload a profile picture?
Not yet—this will be enabled in a future release.
Why don’t I see certain users?
Only users with shared product access are visible in the directory.
