✅ Payment error message & failed payment notification

Status: FIX DEPLOYED ON 7/23

Issue Details: 

  1. When a customer makes a payment via CustomerHub the payment is successfully processed in Infusionsoft, however an error message is received.
  2. Payment notification emails are not successfully being sent via email to the payment notification email.

Notes:

This issue was impacting all CustomerHub applications that turned on the new payment notification setting after the deployment on 7/16. The fix has been completed and was deployed on 7/23.

✅ Updating a subscription in CustomerHub will reset Merchant selection

Status: FIX DEPLOYED - Infusionsoft has notified us this has been fixed

Issue Details: 

When a customer updates their subscription credit card via the CustomerHub account page, it will reset the merchant account selected for that subscription in Infusionsoft.

Notes:

Currently there is no known work around. All affected subscriptions will need to be manually updated.

✅ Page asset (images, videos, files, etc.) sorting issue

Status: FIX DEPLOYED

Issue Details: 

When editing a page, the assets side bar menu (images, videos, files, etc.) now displays assets in order of oldest to most recently created.  Also, the alphabetical sorting does not display results.

Notes:

We are aware of the issue and working on a fix.

✅ Customers are getting a login error: [InvalidParameter] ...

Status: FIX DEPLOYED

Issue Details: 

Customers get a login error when they have an invalid or expired Credit Card on file in Infusionsoft.

The errors could include the following:

  • [InvalidParameter]Number is missing digits
  • [InvalidParameter]Card has expired
  • [InvalidParameter]Number isn't a string
  • [InvalidParameter]First four digits indicate unknown card type
  • [InvalidParameter]Number failed checksum test

Temporary workaround:

In many cases we have seen the issue get resolved when the Customers invalid or expired credit cards are made in-active inside Infusionsoft.
