User Notes let you share personalized notes, session takeaways, feedback, and more directly with your users in CustomerHub. Whether you're recapping a coaching call, assigning tasks, or offering encouragement, this feature helps you stay connected and keep your users moving forward with clarity. Notes can also be kept private for Admin-only reference when needed.
How It Works
For Admins (You)
Navigate to the Notes tab on any user's record
Click Create Note to add a user note
Give your note a title and add your user note using the WYSIWYG editor
(Optional) Toggle on the Share option if you'd like to share this note with your user (Note: this will also send an email notification to the user)
(Optional) Toggle on the Pin option to pin this note to your user's Dashboard as well as keep it ordered first in your Admin view (Note: Dashboard view will only appear to the user if you have the User Dashboard added to your site)
Click Save to publish the user note
After saving a user note, you can simply click on the note to edit or make changes to sharing or pinning options, add a comment, or reply to a comment from the user.
To Delete a note, simply click on the note ellipsis button (three dots) and select the delete option.
For Users
After logging into the user site, users will be able to navigate to notes via the Notes option in the user dropdown menu
(Optional) If the note has been pinned by the Admin, the user will also see the pinned note directly on their Dashboard (Note: Dashboard view will only appear to the if you have the User Dashboard added to your site)
The User can click the Notes option from the user dropdown or the All Notes link on the Dashboard to go their dedicated Notes page
The User can also click on any note to view the full contents of the note.
(Optional) The User can leave a comment on any note (Note: Whenever a comment is left, all Admins will receive an email notification)
