Overview
The Admin Site Preview feature allows Admins to view the published version of their CustomerHub site directly from the Admin Console—without logging in as an end user. You can navigate and interact with all site content exactly as users would, but without affecting analytics or triggering tracked events.
This is especially useful for reviewing changes, testing navigation, and checking gated or restricted content before publishing to your audience.
Previewing Your Site
Log in to the Admin Console.
Locate the Site Preview button in the top navigation bar.
Click the button to open a new tab with your live site.
You’ll see a persistent Preview banner at the top of the screen denoting that you are in preview mode.
Admin Preview functionality
While in Admin Preview mode, you will be able to:
Access and view the entire site, including any and all content that is restricted
Click buttons, navigate, and test functionality as if you're a real end user
Stay invisible—admin interactions in Preview Mode will not be recorded as user actions or display in site analytics
FAQs
Will my actions affect live analytics or user data?
No. Interactions in Preview Mode are not tracked and do not impact your site's analytics or user progress.
Can I preview content restricted by product access?
Yes—Admins in preview mode have full visibility into all content, regardless of restrictions.
Can I simulate a specific user's view?
Admin Preview does not allow you to view the site with specific user permissions, however you can preview the site as a user to accomplish this.
