Overview

CustomerHub Administrators can now be notified regarding key user activities, including:

  • Onboarding experience messages (required)

  • New comments (optional)

  • Direct replies to your comment (optional)

Each admin notifications is emailed directly to the admin's CustomerHub email address.

Managing notifications

Admin users can opt-in or out of comment notifications on their Admin profile, as follows:

Note: Since admin notifications are not turned on by default and must be enabled manually by each admin who wants to receive them.
