Overview
CustomerHub Administrators can now be notified regarding key user activities, including:
Onboarding experience messages (required)
New comments (optional)
Direct replies to your comment (optional)
Each admin notifications is emailed directly to the admin's CustomerHub email address.
Managing notifications
Admin users can opt-in or out of comment notifications on their Admin profile, as follows:

Note: Since admin notifications are not turned on by default and must be enabled manually by each admin who wants to receive them.
