To manage your CustomerHub account:

  • Log in to your Admin account: https://app.customerhub.com/

  • Click your profile icon in the bottom left corner

  • Click Account

  • Click Manage Plan

After clicking "Manage Plan" you will be securely taken to your billing portal and can do the following:

  1. Update or Cancel your plan

  2. Add or delete a credit card on file

  3. Manage billing email

  4. Download past invoices

  5. Return to CustomerHub account
