We’ll guide you through the password reset process, including how users can initiate a reset from the login page, receive a password reset email, and create a new secure password. You’ll also learn how to assist users by manually resetting passwords through the admin panel if needed. Additionally, we’ll cover best practices for setting strong passwords and troubleshooting common issues, such as expired reset links or emails not being received. Manually reset a user password
Go to the users list and click on the users' name. Click the 3 dots next to the "cancel" button and select "Reset Password". This will send a secure email to the user so they can reset a password.
You can also create a temporary password that your user can use at log in. When a temporary password is used, CustomerHub will prompt the user to create another password before securely logging in.
User Password Reset
Users can reset their own password by going to your user login page and clicking "reset password". After entering their email address, CustomerHub will send an email with instructions.
