🔒 Admin Login
To log in to your CustomerHub application as an admin, go to:
You have two ways to sign in:
Email and password — Enter your email and password, then click Login.
Continue with Google — Click Continue with Google to sign in with your Google account. Your Google account email must match the email on your CustomerHub admin account.
Sign in with a passkey — Click Sign in with a passkey to sign in with no password at all, using Face ID, Touch ID, Windows Hello, or a security key. You must add a passkey to your account first.
Forgot your password? Click forgot password at the bottom of the login page to reset it.
👥 User Login
Your users (users) log in to your CustomerHub site at:
Replace APPNAME with your app’s subdomain. For example, if your subdomain is “acmeco”, the login URL would be: https://acmeco.customerhub.com/login
You can find your subdomain in Settings → Workspace → App Settings under the Subdomain field. You can also click the PREVIEW button in the top-right corner of any page to open your user-facing site.
Users have several ways to sign in:
Email and password — Enter their email and password, then click Sign In.
Continue with Google — Click Continue with Google to sign in with a Google account.
Send login link — Click Send login link to receive a one-time passwordless login link via email.
Sign in with a passkey — Click Sign in with a passkey to sign in using Face ID, Touch ID, Windows Hello, or a security key instead of a password. The user must add a passkey to their account first.
ℹ️ Continue with Google and Sign in with a passkey are available to your users only if your member site uses the Elevate theme. Email and password sign-in and Send login link work on every theme. Admins can use every sign-in option whichever theme the site uses.
💡 Users also have access to Forgot password? and Sign up links on the login page. If self-registration is enabled, new users can create their own accounts by clicking Sign up.
🔑 Forgot Your Password
If you’ve forgotten your admin password:
Go to https://app.customerhub.com/login and click forgot password.
Enter your email address and click SEND RESET LINK.
Check your inbox for a password reset email and follow the link to create a new password.
Users can reset their own password by clicking Forgot password? on the user login page.
🔄 Resetting a User’s Password
As an admin, you can reset a user’s password from their profile:
Go to Users in the sidebar and click on the user’s name.
Click the ⋮ (three-dot menu) next to the CANCEL button.
Select Reset Password to send a secure password reset email to the user.
The three-dot menu also includes these options:
Send Invite Email — Re-send the welcome/invite email to the user.
Suspend 7 days / Suspend 30 days — Temporarily suspend the user’s access.
Delete — Permanently remove the user from your app.

❓ Frequently Asked Questions
Why does it keep giving me an “Invalid Credentials” error?
There are a few possible reasons:
Incorrect email or password — Double-check for typos, extra spaces, or accidental capital letters in your email address.
You may be a user, not an admin — If you’re trying to access content you purchased from another company, you need to log in at that company’s user login page (e.g., theirappname.customerhub.com/login), not the admin login. Contact the company directly if you’re unsure of the URL.
Try resetting your password — Click forgot password on the login page to send a reset link to your email.
Can I use Google login if I signed up with email and password?
Yes. As long as your Google account uses the same email address as your CustomerHub account, you can use Continue with Google to sign in. Admins can do this on any theme; for your users, Continue with Google requires the Elevate theme.
What is “Send login link” on the user login page?
It’s a passwordless login option. Users click Send login link, enter their email, and receive a one-time link that logs them in without needing a password.
Where can I find my app’s user login URL?
Go to Settings → Workspace → App Settings and look at the Subdomain field. Your user login URL is https://SUBDOMAIN.customerhub.com/login. You can also click the PREVIEW button in the top-right corner to open your user-facing site directly.
