👤 Open Your Admin Profile
Use My Profile to manage your own admin details, profile images, and sign-in security. Open the avatar menu at the bottom of the admin navigation and select My Profile.
✏️ Update Your Details & Images
In Personal details, update your first name, last name, email, or phone number. Use Default app to choose the app you open after login. If you have only one app, it is selected automatically.
Use the profile-picture control or Add cover to manage your profile images. Click Save after editing your details.
🔐 Password & Sign-In Security
Select Change password to reveal the Current Password, New Password, and Confirm New Password fields. Enter the requested passwords and save your change. Select Cancel password change to close those fields without changing your password.
The page also shows your Two-factor authentication status and Passkeys controls. Use Enable 2FA or Add passkey to start the relevant setup.

Does My Profile change another user's details?
No. My Profile is your own admin profile. To edit a user, open their record from Users.
Where do I manage my CustomerHub subscription?
Choose Account from the admin avatar menu. Billing is separate from My Profile.
