What is a Membership Product in CustomerHub?
A membership product is the container that holds your membership experience. It defines your membership’s name, description, branding, content structure, access rules, purchase options, and delivery behavior.
When you set up a membership in CustomerHub, you’ll create a Collection product with the type Membership.
Why Creating a Membership Product Matters
Your membership product is the foundation of your entire offering. It controls:
What your members see
How your content is organized
How members get access
How the membership connects to Stripe
How and when content unlocks
How it appears in your library and sales pages
A properly created membership product ensures a smooth setup and launch.
