📬 What Is Whitelisting?
Whitelisting means telling your email provider that a certain email address is safe — and should never be sent to spam.
CustomerHub emails may include:
Welcome emails
Onboarding instructions
Product access notifications
Comment replies and engagement alerts
📥 Whitelist Instructions for Common Email Providers
Ask your users to add this email to their contacts or whitelist it:
📧 notifications@customerhub.com
Gmail
Open Gmail and click the ⚙️ gear icon → See all settings
Go to the Filters and Blocked Addresses tab
Click Create a new filter
In the “From” field, enter:
notifications@customerhub.comClick Create filter → check Never send it to Spam
Click Create filter to save
Apple Mail / iCloud
Open Mail and go to Mail > Preferences
Under the Rules tab, click Add Rule
Set conditions:
“From” → “Contains” →
customerhub.comAction: Move message to Inbox
Save
Outlook
Go to Settings → View all Outlook settings
Click Mail > Junk email
Under Safe senders and domains, click Add
Enter:
customerhub.com→ Click Save
