How to Whitelist CustomerHub Emails

To ensure users receive important updates, product access, and onboarding messages from your CustomerHub site, we recommend whitelisting our sending address in your email provider.

📬 What Is Whitelisting?

Whitelisting means telling your email provider that a certain email address is safe — and should never be sent to spam.

CustomerHub emails may include:

  • Welcome emails

  • Onboarding instructions

  • Product access notifications

  • Comment replies and engagement alerts


📥 Whitelist Instructions for Common Email Providers

Ask your users to add this email to their contacts or whitelist it:

📧 notifications@customerhub.com

Gmail

  1. Open Gmail and click the ⚙️ gear icon → See all settings

  2. Go to the Filters and Blocked Addresses tab

  3. Click Create a new filter

  4. In the “From” field, enter: notifications@customerhub.com

  5. Click Create filter → check Never send it to Spam

  6. Click Create filter to save

Apple Mail / iCloud

  1. Open Mail and go to Mail > Preferences

  2. Under the Rules tab, click Add Rule

  3. Set conditions:

    • “From” → “Contains” → customerhub.com

    • Action: Move message to Inbox

  4. Save

Outlook

  1. Go to SettingsView all Outlook settings

  2. Click Mail > Junk email

  3. Under Safe senders and domains, click Add

  4. Enter: customerhub.com → Click Save

You can also:

  • Include a note in your onboarding flow

  • Add it to your Welcome Page

  • Remind users in early emails to check spam folders
