Updated today

Overview

The Navigation section allows you to control what pages and features appear in your site’s main navigation menu. From here, you can add, remove, and reorder links to customize how members access your content.

To access your site navigation:

  1. Log in to your CustomerHub Admin Dashboard.

  2. Click the Design icon (🖌️) in the left sidebar.

  3. Select Navigation from the dropdown menu.

User site navigation shows all live links in order of display:

If more than 4 items have been added to the site navigation, a More option will appear with the remaining items:

Adding Items to the Navigation

You can add new links to your navigation menu for any pages, products, or site features.

  1. Click the ➕ (plus) button in the top-right corner.

  2. In the Navigation Item window that appears, select what you’d like to link to under Link to. Options include:

    1. Dashboard - creates a link to the User Dashboard

    2. User Feed - creates a link to the User Feed

    3. Product Library - creates a link to the Product Library

    4. Product - creates a direct link to an individual product

    5. User Directory - creates a link to the User Directory

    6. New Page - creates a link to a new page on the site

    7. External URL - creates a link to an external web page

  3. Enter a Name for your link. This is how it will appear in your navigation menu.

  4. (Optional) Toggles:

    • Open in a new tab? - if ON, this opens the link in a new browser tab

    • Hide this link? - if ON, this keeps the page live but hides it from the visible navigation.

  5. Click Create to save.

💡 Pro Tip: You can create hidden links for private pages, pre-launch pages, landing pages, or any other pages that you want to be available but not visible in the main site navigation.

Reordering the Navigation

You can quickly rearrange the order of links in your navigation by dragging and dropping:

  1. Hover over the left edge of any navigation item to reveal the drag handle (⋮⋮).

  2. Click and drag the item up or down to change its order.

  3. The changes are automatically saved once you drop the item into its new position.

Tip: The order shown here reflects exactly how your links appear to members on your live site.

Navigation Item Options

Each navigation item includes additional settings to help you manage visibility and configuration.

To access settings:

  1. Click the three-dot menu (⋮) next to the navigation item.

  2. Choose from:

    • Settings — Edit the item’s name, link target, or visibility.

    • Copy Link — Copies the page URL to your clipboard.

    • Delete — Permanently removes the navigation item.

Available Settings include Name, link target, and visibility.

🔒 Hidden Links:
If a link is marked as hidden, it won’t appear in your live site navigation but can still be accessed directly via URL or internal link.

Summary

The Navigation section gives you complete control over your site’s structure and user experience. With quick drag-and-drop reordering, flexible visibility options, and easy access to page links, you can maintain a clean, intuitive site layout for your members.
