<b>Degraded performance and downtime</b> - reported 08.05.2026 @ 10:44 AM CT, resolved 08.05.2026 @ 6:20 PM CT. Slow load times and intermittent errors affected the Admin console and User sites following a major platform update. The update required more server capacity than was allocated; we have significantly increased capacity and load times have returned to normal. No data was lost or affected.
