Intermittent outages (Resolved)

Status: Resolved. We deployed patches on 09.02.25, 09.03.25, and 09.04.25 to address this issue.

Description: Our system experienced intermittent downtime impacting both admin console and user site.

🟠 High Priority Issues

Slow page load times

Status: We deployed a patch on 09.10.25 to help remediate this issue, however additional maintenance is needed to fully resolve it. We have identified a long-term fix and are currently working on this in anticipation of an upcoming deployment.

Description: Both admin console and user site are being impacted by occasional and intermittent slow page load times.

Impact: All CustomerHub Next applications
