Important Changes for Classic CustomerHub Accounts (Aug 2025)

This article summarizes the important changes for all CustomerHub Classic accounts (includes all apps created before April 2021).

Updated over a week ago

Overview

We’re entering a new era of CustomerHub — one focused on automation, personalization, and growth. To support this, we’re aligning all Classic CustomerHub accounts with our updated pricing and platform structure. This article outlines the changes and what actions (if any) are required for your account, including:

Plan Pricing Updates

Starting with your September billing cycle, all CustomerHub Classic accounts will be aligned to our standard pricing

  • Basic Plan (Account Portal Only): $49/month

  • Pro Plan (Full Membership Site): $79/month

What You Need To Do

  • If you're on a standard plan:
You’re all set — no action is required.

  • If your current rate is lower than the standard pricing:
Your subscription will be automatically updated to the standard rate on your September billing date. You’ll see the new rate reflected on your next invoice.

  • If you don't have a payment method on file:
To keep your account active, please ensure you have a valid payment method on file before your September bill date. Once added, your account will be automatically transitioned to the appropriate standard plan.

🚨 If no payment method is on file by your September bill date, your account will be deactivated.

Multimedia Storage Pricing (Applies to All)

To ensure fair and scalable usage across all accounts, we’re introducing tiered multimedia storage pricing effective September 1.

Every CustomerHub Classic account includes up to 50GB of media storage at no additional cost. If your storage usage exceeds that amount, a small monthly fee will apply based on your total media usage.

51 - 100 GB

$5/mo

101 - 250 GB

Note: Your usage will be assessed automatically and any applicable storage fees will be added to your subscription renewal starting in September. For annual plans, multimedia storage will be assessed every 30 days from the date of your most recent annual renewal.

Checking Your Storage

To check how much storage you currently have in your CustomerHub Classic App, please navigate to your account page (User Dropdown > My Account), and check the new Multimedia detail under your Current Plan:

Important note: If you do not see the Multimedia detail under your current plan, please allow up to 3 business days for your application to refresh with this new information.
