This article summarizes the important changes for all CustomerHub Next accounts (includes all apps created after March 2021).

Overview

We’re entering a new era of CustomerHub — one focused on automation, personalization, and growth. To support this, we’re rolling out updates to our platform starting August 2025 including new plan tiers, multimedia storage pricing, and early access to our upcoming AI add-on, LoyalStream.

Important Note: All current customers will be automatically grandfathered in to the Educate Plan. No action is required and you will retain all of your existing functionality with no changes to your Admin or User experiences.


Multimedia Storage Pricing (Applies to All)

To ensure fair and scalable usage across all accounts, we’re introducing tiered multimedia storage pricing effective September 1.

Every CustomerHub account includes up to 50GB of media storage at no additional cost. If your storage usage exceeds that amount, a small monthly fee will apply based on your total media usage.

Important note: Your usage will be assessed automatically and any applicable storage fees will be added to your subscription renewal starting in September. For annual plans, multimedia storage will be assessed every 30 days from the date of your most recent annual renewal.

Checking Your Storage

To check how much storage you currently have in your CustomerHub app, please navigate to your Multimedia page, and check the new Multimedia detail at the top of the page:

Important note: If you do not see the Multimedia detail under your current plan, please allow up to 3 business days for your application to refresh with this new information.

LoyalStream is our new AI-powered onboarding and engagement engine, built to boost retention and help your members succeed. We are offering early Beta access to customers who opt-in via our Super Early-Bird Offer

Important note: When reserving this offer, you will not be automatically billed for the remaining balance of $196. Rather, you will be contacted when the LoyalStream Beta goes live and will need to pay the remaining balance in order to finalize your Super Early-Bird special pricing.
