What Is a Course Product?
In CustomerHub, a course is built as a Standard Product. This product acts as the container that holds:
Your course title and description
Modules (sections)
Lessons (pages)
Media and downloadable content
Progress tracking
Delivery settings (Immediate, User-Advanced, Time-Delayed)
Purchase and access settings
A Standard Product is the foundation of your course.
Why Creating a Course Product Matters
Your course product:
Defines how your course is organized
Determines how users access and explore lessons
Controls delivery and unlock behavior
Displays your course in the product library
Determines how you sell and grant access
Without creating a course product, you have no place to add course content.
