🧭 Overview
CustomerHub makes it easy to duplicate your content so you can reuse what's already working. You can duplicate products (including all their pages and settings), individual pages, and page templates. You can also save any existing page as a reusable template.
📋 Duplicate Products
Duplicating a product creates an exact copy — including all product settings, content pages, and product configuration. The duplicate is created as a Draft so you can make changes before publishing.
Method 1: From the Products Library
Navigate to Products in the sidebar
Click the More Options menu (⋮) on any product card
Select Duplicate
Method 2: From Inside a Product
Open any product
Click the More Options menu (⋮) in the top-right corner
Select Duplicate
💡 Tip: Duplicating a product copies everything — settings, content pages, and product configuration. The duplicate will be created as a Draft so you can customize it before going live.
📄 Duplicate Pages
Create copies of individual pages within a product. This is useful for building similar pages without starting from scratch.
Method 1: From the CONTENT Tab
Open any product and go to the CONTENT tab
Click the More Options menu (⋮) on any page
Select Duplicate
Method 2: From the Page Editor
Open a page in the Page Editor
Click the More Options menu (⋮) next to the LIVE toggle
Select Duplicate Page
💡 Tip: Duplicated pages will add "(copy)" to the page name. To rename a page, open the page in the Page Editor and update the Page Name and Slug fields in Page Settings.
📐 Duplicate Page Templates
Page templates are reusable layouts that speed up building new pages. You can duplicate existing templates to create variations without modifying the original.
Click the Settings icon (⚙️) in the left sidebar
Hover over Setup to expand its submenu
Click Page Templates
From the Page Templates screen, click the More Options menu (⋮) on any template and select Duplicate.
💾 Create Templates from Existing Pages
Save any existing page as a reusable template so you can apply the same layout to future pages across any product.
Method 1: From the CONTENT Tab
Open any product and go to the CONTENT tab
Click the More Options menu (⋮) on any page
Select Save as template
Method 2: From the Page Editor
Open a page in the Page Editor
Click the More Options menu (⋮) next to the LIVE toggle
Select Save as template
💡 Tip: Your saved templates will appear on the Page Templates page and can be used when creating new pages in any product. Templates are a great way to standardize your page layouts — create a template with your preferred block structure, then apply it to new pages to maintain a consistent look across your products.
