🗂️ The Multimedia Page
To view your storage usage and manage your multimedia files:
Click Settings (gear icon) in the sidebar, hover over Content, then click Multimedia
At the top of the page, you'll see a storage usage bar showing how much of your total storage is used. The bar is color-coded by content type:
🔵 Audio
🔴 Video
🟡 Images
🟢 Downloads
⚫ User Files
⚪ Free Space
Below the storage bar, you'll find a media library table with the following columns:
TYPE — An icon indicating the file type (image, audio, video, etc.)
THUMBNAIL — A preview of the file
NAME — The file name (click the pencil icon to rename)
FILESIZE — The file size
SIMPLE ID — A unique identifier for the file
USAGES — Where the file is used (e.g., product name, user association)
You can toggle between grid view and list view using the icons in the top right. Use the search bar to find files by name or simple ID, and the filter icon to refine your results.
🧹 Freeing Up Space
If you're running low on storage, click the FREE UP SPACE button at the top right of the Multimedia page. This will help you identify and remove unused or duplicate files to reclaim storage.
⚠️ Deleting a file from the Multimedia page will remove it everywhere it is used. Check the USAGES column before deleting to ensure the file isn't associated with any active products or content.
