This article explains what Collections are in CustomerHub, how to create and customize them, and how to manage their content, access, and delivery settings to organize multiple products into a seamless experience.

Updated yesterday

Collections let you group multiple products and pages into a single, branded experience β€” ideal for memberships, bundles, or content hubs.

✨ What Are Collections?

Collections are containers that let you:

  • Bundle products and pages under one experience

  • Deliver memberships with flexible access options

  • Control how and when users access your content

πŸ›  How to Create a Collection

  1. Go to the Products tab in the main navigation.

  2. Click the blue βž• button in the top-right corner.

  3. Select Collection as the product type.

  4. Give your Collection a name and click Create.

  5. You’ll be taken into the Collection Builder to configure and customize.

πŸ’‘ Tip: Collections do not contain their own content. Instead, they are used to group existing products and pages.
