What Are Action Links?
Action Links allow you to trigger actions when a user clicks a button or link inside a page.
Instead of sending users to a standard URL, Action Links can:
Trigger automations
Log user activity
Redirect to pages or checkouts
Download files
Scroll to page elements
Show or hide content
Run custom code
They connect user engagement inside CustomerHub to your automation and CRM systems.
When to Use Action Links
Common use cases include:
One-click event registration
Triggering a CRM tag when a user clicks

Unlocking bonus content
Tracking interest in offers
Running JavaScript-based actions
If you want a click to do something, use an Action Link.
