Connectors link CustomerHub to the tools you already run your business on, so you can automate user access, take payments, trigger automations from user activity, bring in media, and let AI assistants work with your hub.
This article shows you where to find connectors, helps you choose the right one, and links to the setup guide for each.
ℹ️ Connectors are available on every plan and theme.
🔗 The Connectors page
Click Settings (gear icon) in the main sidebar, hover over Workspace, then click Connectors.
Search or filter - search by name, or filter by category: CRM & email, Payments, Workflow automation, Media & storage, and AI & MCP
Connect - click CONNECT on a card to start setup. Connected connectors show a green Connected badge and outline
Manage - click MANAGE on a connected card to open its settings, check its connection, and view its logs
🧭 Choose a connector
You only need one connector to start, and you can connect more than one. Pick based on where your sales and marketing already happen:
Category | Connectors | Best for |
CRM & email | Granting and removing access with tags, and syncing your users with your contact list
Payments | Selling products and subscriptions, and giving users a billing portal for their subscriptions, invoices and cards
Workflow automation | Connecting thousands of other apps, including carts like Shopify, WooCommerce and PayPal, and starting automations from user activity
Media & storage | Importing videos, recordings and files into your media library
AI & MCP | Letting assistants like Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini read and manage your hub |
⚡ Activity triggers
CRM, email and workflow connectors can send an activity trigger when a user does something in CustomerHub, so you can start an automation in the connected app. Each connector's article shows how to set them up. The activities you can send:
Activity | Sends when |
User Login | A user logs in |
User Created | A new user is added to CustomerHub |
User Active / User Inactive | A user logs in again after crossing the inactivity threshold, or doesn't log in for long enough to cross it * |
User Video Watched / Audio Listened / File Downloaded | A user plays a video or audio file, or downloads a file ** |
User File Uploaded | A user uploads a file |
User Page Completed / Product Completed | A user checks off a page, or every page of a product |
User Product Access Granted / Removed | A user gains or loses access to a product |
User Purchased / Subscription Started / Subscription Canceled | A user completes a purchase, starts a subscription, or cancels one |
User Onboarding Started / Onboarding Completed / Task Completed | A user starts or completes a journey, or completes a task in one |
User Button Clicked | A user clicks an action link button |
ℹ️ * You set the inactivity threshold (a number of days) in your App Settings. ** Only tracked for files uploaded to CustomerHub, not media embedded from other services.

❓ FAQ
Can I connect more than one connector?
Yes. For example, you can use Keap for tags and Stripe for payments. The Billing Portal is the one exception: it runs on Keap or Stripe, not both.
Where is each connector's setup guide?
