Drip Connector

How to connect Drip to CustomerHub — syncing users to subscribers, managing product tags, tracking events, and automating workflows from user activity.

🔗 Overview

Connectors are used to sync data with your existing business tools and CustomerHub. With the Drip connector, you can:

  • Sync CustomerHub users to Drip subscribers

  • Create and manage Drip tags for products

  • Track subscriber events and conversions

  • Automate workflows based on user activity

🚀 Get Started

Follow the steps below to connect your Drip account to CustomerHub:

  1. Click Settings (gear icon) in the sidebar, hover over Workspace, then click Connectors.

  2. Find the Drip card and click CONNECT.

  3. In the connection dialog, enter the following information from your Drip account:

    • API Key — Found in Drip under Settings → User Settings → API Token.

    • Account ID — Found in Drip under Settings → General Info → Account ID.

  4. Click CONNECT to complete the setup.

💡 Once connected, CustomerHub automatically creates a corresponding Drip tag for each of your CustomerHub products. You can view the tag name and ID in each product’s settings under the Connector data section.

🔄 What Happens After Connecting

Once the Drip connector is active, the following sync occurs:

  • Product tags — A Drip tag is automatically created for each CustomerHub product. Apply that tag to a subscriber in Drip to grant them access in CustomerHub.

  • Subscriber sync — CustomerHub users are synced to Drip as subscribers. New users added to CustomerHub will also appear in Drip.

  • Event tracking — Subscriber events and conversions in CustomerHub are tracked in Drip, allowing you to trigger Drip workflows based on user activity.

⚙️ Manage Your Connection

After connecting, click the (three-dot menu) on the Drip connector card to access management options:

  • Options — View and configure connector settings.

  • Reconnect — Re-authenticate with Drip if your API credentials have changed.

  • Disconnect — Remove the Drip connection from CustomerHub.

⚠️ Disconnecting will stop all syncing between CustomerHub and Drip. Product tags created during the connection will remain in Drip but will no longer be managed by CustomerHub.
