Clear Your Browser Cache (and When You Should)

Cearing your browser cache on desktop and/or mobile can resolve common CustomerHub issues like outdated content, missing features, and display errors.

Updated over a week ago

What is your browser cache?

Your browser stores temporary files (like scripts, images, and site data) so websites load faster. But over time, this cache can become outdated and cause issues—especially after updates to CustomerHub.

Clearing your cache forces your browser to load the latest version of CustomerHub files.
